In case of postponing of the event, your registration will be transferred to the next event date. No refund is available in case if the event is postponed.

IPA NEERATHON is organized by Indian Plumbing Association, India.

Yes, 10 Km & 5 Km are timed run.

It means the participant shall get a race timing chip with the bib.

Race chip timing systems use RFID transponder chips to precisely measure racers' times. Race participants wear the RFID tags during the race. These are affixed RFID tags attached to the disposable race bibs.

IPA Neerathon has 3 categories:

1- 10 Km Run (with timing chip)
2- 5 Km (with timing chip)
3- 3 km (Fun Run/Walk)

WHAT DOES THE REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDE?

1- Registration fees includes your entry to participate in the chosen category.
2- Medal for all finishers on race day
3- Race day T-shirt

Registration fees once paid are non-refundable or non transferable. In the event of cancellation / postponement of the event by the organizers, the registration fees will be refunded.

No. Once a participant has registered for a particular category, he/she will have to run in the same category and no further changes can be made.

No. Individual registration is limited to participation in only one race. In case of multiple registrations, the registration will be cancelled.

Race start time will be declared closer to the event date.

Yes, finishers in all races receive a medal. Each medal has the same design, but has a distinct ribbon based on the race distance.

Even if you cancel due to injury (with a doctor's note), we regret the entry fees will not be refunded. Registrations cannot be transferred from one runner to another.

Yes there will be a baggage counter but it is strongly recommended to not carry any baggage. It is advisable to keep your belongings in your vehicles. The organizers of the IPA Neerathon will not take any onus of baggage loss or any damage to baggage and its contents. For security reasons, every baggage will be screened. It is advisable to not carry any fragile or valuable goods in your bag.

Will be declared one week before the event date.

The Race kit (Event T-shirt, Running BIB, etc.) can be collected only from the Bib Expo. It cannot be collected either before or after that (NOT on Race day). If you are unable to collect your race kit personally, you can send a person with an Authorisation letter duly filled in and signed by you, to collect it on your behalf.

Yes

Yes. There will be well-equipped ambulance available on the route to take care of the medical emergencies.

Yes, a number of toilets will be available at the start/ finish point. Toilets are also located on the course.

Yes. They will be available till the last runner is on the route.

Yes, it's mandatory to produce a Pan card and other government issued ID's if required.

Provisional timings will be provided by SMS Alerts. E- Certificates will be available online within 10 working days.

Photographs shall be available in 2 working days.
